Business Process Analyst II Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Business Process Analyst II to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Additional duties consistent with the successful operation of the PMO department may be assigned;
- Utilize principles of Business Process Analysis to evaluate work method proposals and to develop recommendations to decision makers;
- Apply technical knowledge and tools to help develop and optimize PMO processes;
- Partner with process owners to ensure stable business process execution and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Positive attitude with the ability to work with others in a team environment;
- Excel, Word, Access basic skills;
- Self-directed with a strong sense of attention to detail;
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;
- 3 years Quality experience is preferred;
- Strong organizational and communication skills;
- SQL experience a plus;
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience;
