Our company is looking for a Commercial Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain month-end closing document files for submittal to accounting;
  • Run and create reports for Commercial stakeholders such as;
  • Provide month-end closing documents to customers and producers;
  • Provide data analysis and decision support information for the Commercial organization;
  • Dispatch Assistance/PTO coverage;
  • Report, track, and actualize commercial movements within the RightAngle system;
  • Contract, Pricing, Lease, BA, tank gauges and tank set-ups in RightAngle/RDTraxx and all associated updates per commercial and distribution needs;
  • Create analysis and presentations that condense complex topics into actionable information that is communicated effectively to the business;
  • Support Commercial processes by analyzing revenue, price, utilization, and inventory to highlight risks and opportunities;
  • Build and maintain tools for management reporting and analysis;
  • Ad hoc analytics and other duties, including special projects, as assigned;
  • Comprehend and evaluate information to improve efficiency and processes in the Commercial area;
  • Drive internal process improvements and continually identify opportunities for automation to allow the team to perform world-class analytics;
  • Evaluate advertising deals for adherence to company pricing and inventory guidelines;
  • Compile data for Commercial, Financial, and Operational KPIs in a timely, relevant, accurate, and consumable fashion.

Requirements:

  • Travel ~20 % of the time, as required.
