CRM Analyst Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a CRM Analyst to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Develops and distributes KPI reports tomeasure performance, marketing effectiveness and ROI;
- Measure title-specific campaign effectiveness by benchmarking against similar titles and franchises;
- Recommends timing, messaging,testing/optimization and target selection for campaigns;
- Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests to optimize the customer experience and maximize sales and engagement;
- Serve as the subject matter expert for ourCRM system;
- Cross functional collaboration with other keypartners to implement customer focused communications that drives retention,loyalty and engagement;
- Supports A/B tests and analysis;
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to tag, collect, QA, organize, and prepare raw data for analysis;
- Develop prototype business intelligence solutions, including reports and dashboards that visualize of complex data sets;
- Creates and distributes custom lists andsegments using customer data to maximize engagement;
- Builds standard and ad hoc reports forCorporate and Stores to support business needs;
- Partner with marketing team to define and analyze, KPI to optimize communication effectiveness via social, email, and push notification channels;
- Responsible for the execution and reportingof CRM campaigns that focus on acquisition, retention and reactivation;
- Partner with cross functional partners toexecute targeted campaigns to support data driven recommendations;
- Analyze campaign effectiveness and recommendsmodifying campaigns based on conclusions.
Requirements:
- Loyalty Program experience;
- Experience with push and in-app messaging analytics.
