Our company is looking for a CRM Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develops and distributes KPI reports tomeasure performance, marketing effectiveness and ROI;
  • Measure title-specific campaign effectiveness by benchmarking against similar titles and franchises;
  • Recommends timing, messaging,testing/optimization and target selection for campaigns;
  • Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests to optimize the customer experience and maximize sales and engagement;
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for ourCRM system;
  • Cross functional collaboration with other keypartners to implement customer focused communications that drives retention,loyalty and engagement;
  • Supports A/B tests and analysis;
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to tag, collect, QA, organize, and prepare raw data for analysis;
  • Develop prototype business intelligence solutions, including reports and dashboards that visualize of complex data sets;
  • Creates and distributes custom lists andsegments using customer data to maximize engagement;
  • Builds standard and ad hoc reports forCorporate and Stores to support business needs;
  • Partner with marketing team to define and analyze, KPI to optimize communication effectiveness via social, email, and push notification channels;
  • Responsible for the execution and reportingof CRM campaigns that focus on acquisition, retention and reactivation;
  • Partner with cross functional partners toexecute targeted campaigns to support data driven recommendations;
  • Analyze campaign effectiveness and recommendsmodifying campaigns based on conclusions.

Requirements:

  • Loyalty Program experience;
  • Experience with push and in-app messaging analytics.
