Data Analyst II Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Data Analyst II to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Ensures Master Data enables the production of accurate supply chain performance reports;
- Implements the policy and procedures related to the governance of vendor and material master data to ensure compliance and consistency;
- Functions as a master data knowledge resource by helping the business understand master data;
- Experience working within a collaborative team. Helping more junior members to achieve success;

- Conduct data analyses, deliver insights and learnings on marketing initiatives/programs (BI) and consumer audience (CI);
- Partner with multiple marketing and engineering teams to explore data, design learning plans, and conduct analyses.
Requirements:
- Experience working in cloud environments;
- 3+ years of experience processing and visualizing large data sets in database reporting tools such as Microsoft Power BI or Tableau;
- 3+ years of experience analyzing large volumes of marketing data and extracting insights resulting in marketing impact;
- Master’s degree Supply Chain, Data Analytics, MBA or equivalent preferred;
- Strong skills in processing large data sets using SQL or SQL-like scripting language;
- Attention to detail with self-discipline and a drive for results;
- Two (2) years or more experience in Applied Project(s);
- Two (2) years or more experience in creating dashboards for diagnostic analysis across the business;
- Demonstrated ability to work in ambiguous situations and across organizational boundaries;
- Strong skills in statistics/machine learning languages and packages such as Python, R, Azure ML;
- Tableau;
- Experience developing BI solutions with tools like: Power BI;
- Experience in demonstrating, digital transformation, data management in an educational/project;
- Four (4) years or more experience in an individual contributor role as a key member of the team that others rely on preferred;
- Bachelor’s degree Supply Chain, Data Analytics or equivalent.
