Our company is looking for a Data Management Consultant 3 to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Very well versed in Agile methodologies, ART’s and Agile process improvement;
- Performing kick-off events and driving daily / weekly routines to achieve objectives;
- Business Process Modeling;
- Information gathering on improvement or strategy programs (current state);
- Manage By Fact – utilize data-driven analytics to drive the change;
- Utilizing surveying techniques to understand critical transformation objectives;
- Presentation to leadership on proposals for approval;
- Working with project management, process design, training partners, etc., to deliver change;
- Performing Lessons Learned / Retrospectives and introduce key improvements back into the transformation process;
- Identifying areas of improvement within the program;
- Process planning, documentation, and proposals on strategy programs (future state);
- Internalize architectural solutions and technical specification documents and recommend remediation strategies for Information Architecture Alignment;
- Partner with Lines of Business, Finance, Risk and DMI areas to map data elements to business elements and source required data elements in eONE;
- Lead efforts in the mapping of Product elements from SOR’s to the OFSAA/FSDF model.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: data management, data governance, data quality or data analysis;
- 2+ years of Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications ( OFSAA ) experience;
- Knowledge and understanding of Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications ( OFSAA ) Financial Service Data Foundation ( FSDF ).
