Director, Marketing Analytics Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Director, Marketing Analytics to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Forecast origination volume based on historical trends and future initiatives;
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders throughout the company, share ideas and insights, and influence data-driven improvements to the business;
- Work closely with credit and data science teams to design growth and loss mitigation policies;
- Build the analytic framework for uncovering actionable insights based on multiple data sources;
- Execute on data analyses with marketing initiatives aimed at driving growth and efficiency;
- Partner with technology and product teams to ensure new strategies are implemented accurately and as designed;
- Supervise direct reports in delivering high quality, accurate, and methodologically consistent advanced analytics results;
- Consult teams across the company on how advanced analytic methodologies can be leveraged to address their business needs;
- Lead, mentor, and grow team members responsible for analytical solutions to enable better decisions by the organization.
Requirements:

- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in an Analytics function required with digital experience a plus;
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and influence team members and business counterparts;
- 7+ years in an analytics role at a financial institution (FinTech lender experience preferred);
- Ability to manipulate, analyze, and interpret large quantities of data and translate findings into actionable insights;
- R or other open source statistical programming language experience is preferred;
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree with quantitative background (e.g. Statistics, Math, Engineering, Economics).
