Our company is looking for a Project Controls Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Supports business planning activities including, regular updates to forecasts, accruals and cashflow management;
  • Track PO’s;
  • Tracks project performance using earned value management, make project plan adjustments where needed, and tracks change log;
  • Assist with contract preparation and submission through legal compliance review;
  • Work with PMs, Operations Manager and Project Accountants to keep project financials in order;
  • Works with PMs and Contracts on Limitation of Cost;
  • Understand the budget for each project and assist PMs with staying current on financial data relative to project;
  • Coordinate with subcontractors by preparing agreements, change orders, and tracking budgets;
  • Understand reporting needs of each Division and department interfacing with assigned projects;
  • Review and understand the monthly revenue, gross profit and identify any variances;
  • Support the Division Lead for any ad hoc reporting, budgeting, and forecasting;
  • Interpret resource management reports and communicate results with Project Managers and Business Center Leaders;
  • Gain proficient knowledge of the Oracle PM Dashboard and PM Framework to become a resource for PMs;
  • Prepare monthly reporting for the assigned Division;
  • Work proactively to maintain integrity of resource management data.

Requirements:

  • A four-year degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Business related with;
  • At least 3-10 years of experience in Cost Engineering;
  • Knowledge of Ariba, Maximo, SAP, is a plus;
  • Experience with Cognos Enterprise Reporting tool is a plus;
  • Experience with Costpoint Cobra EVM tool is a plus.
