Our company is looking for a Seo Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Stay abreast of industry trends to inform SEO strategy and communicate these trends to clients and the internal team;
  • Data collection including tracking codes and analytics reporting;
  • Architectural, technical, and content recommendations;
  • Conduct SEO technical audits and participate in SEO audit presentations;
  • Monitor SEO performance by using SEO tools available (Google Analytics, SEOMoz, Ahrefs, STAT Analytics, XML sitemap generators, Screaming Frog, etc.);
  • Train and stay up to date on the latest developments in organic search;
  • Best practices: Inform teams of strategies to optimize content based on trends and best practices;
  • Be a voice of leadership for the (un)Common SEO team;
  • Execute SEO analyses and create strategic recommendations;
  • Communicate with account managers and clients regarding explanations of SEO strategies, tactics, recommendation deliverables, and performance issues;
  • Conduct complex analyses using all available data resources and tools;
  • Take education direction from Strategists and Directors;
  • Be a source of SEO expertise to various PPC and SEO account teams as needed.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and other web analytics platforms;
  • 1+ year of experience in marketing (client work or personal projects);
  • 1+ year of experience using SEO tools like Screaming Frog, Moz, SEMRush and STAT;
  • Full understanding of how to perform keyword research;
  • A shared perspective on the “new SEO” with a strong focus on visibility, clicks, engagement, conversion, and ROI;
  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • Experience copywriting, coding or with local optimization;
  • Beginner+ Excel skills;
  • Mastery of key SEO tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console;
  • Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Ability to effectively interact with all levels of end users and technical resources;
  • 1-3 years of SEO experience;
  • Sense of humor;
  • Likes to work in a fast-moving, yet casual environment;
  • 1+ years of SEO experience, including personal projects and client work.
