Videographers film or videotape private ceremonies or special events, such as weddings. They also may work with companies and make corporate documentaries on a variety of topics. Most videographers edit their own material.

Our company is looking for a Videographer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Prevent foreseeable issues from happening and troubleshoot those that do;
  • Validate data and complete post-production work where applicable;
  • Sell photo and video packages and shoot video at competitions;
  • Other duties as assigned;
  • Set up video equipment and streaming feeds or sales desks prior to each event;
  • Work with our marketing team to adhere to a consistent style across all products and videos;
  • Work with the merchandising team to select, retouch, and upload product videography;
  • Learn and maintain a consistent lighting and styling setup.

Requirements:

  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, a plus;
  • Understanding of “on location” lighting and sound – Capable of color correction for finished videos;
  • Ability to take timely action to effectively solve problems, using established policies and procedures;
  • Strong organizational, communication, and troubleshooting skills;
  • Proficient using high definition cameras, lighting, and fixed mounts;
  • Passion for creating innovative, original content;
  • Keen understanding of file management and organization;
  • 1-2 years of experience in a professional video environment;
  • Extremely organized and can manage receiving product samples from all over the world;
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to deliver quality video in fast paced environment;
  • Experience and understanding of Sony FS5, FS7 and DSLR cameras a must.
