Our company is looking for a Administrative Assistant 4 to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Gathers, compiles and reports on information relevant to supervisor’s assignment. High volume of support for travel;
- answering questions related to office operations and established policies and procedures;
- maintaining meetings for multiple calendars;
- maintaining various forms / files / folders / access lists;
- making travel arrangements and creating expense reports (sometimes urgently);
- coordinating location, catering, and timing of meetings/events;
- placing i-Buy and p-card procurement orders.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated ability in prioritizing multiple tasks;
- Fluent in the use of Microsoft Office applications;
- Candidate must have, and be able to maintain an SCI clearance with a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) completed within 5 years;
- High School Diploma and 6 years of additional education or related experience;
- Demonstrated ability to interact effectively across all levels of an organization and with outside organizations;
- Demonstrated ability using Concur (or similar system) travel and expense reporting;
- Outstanding written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
