Our company is looking for a Administrative Assistant 4 to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Gathers, compiles and reports on information relevant to supervisor’s assignment. High volume of support for travel;
  • answering questions related to office operations and established policies and procedures;
  • maintaining meetings for multiple calendars;
  • maintaining various forms / files / folders / access lists;
  • making travel arrangements and creating expense reports (sometimes urgently);
  • coordinating location, catering, and timing of meetings/events;
  • placing i-Buy and p-card procurement orders.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated ability in prioritizing multiple tasks;
  • Fluent in the use of Microsoft Office applications;
  • Candidate must have, and be able to maintain an SCI clearance with a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) completed within 5 years;
  • High School Diploma and 6 years of additional education or related experience;
  • Demonstrated ability to interact effectively across all levels of an organization and with outside organizations;
  • Demonstrated ability using Concur (or similar system) travel and expense reporting;
  • Outstanding written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
