Our company is looking for a Front Office Receptionist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Will assist with a wide variety of other administrative duties including but not limited to;
  • Checking patients in and out for their appointments;
  • Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries;
  • Collecting copays and other monies due at the time of the visit;
  • Maintains telecommunication system by following manufacturer’s instructions for house phone and console operation;
  • Schedule appointments;
  • Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges;
  • Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations;
  • Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; providing general directions;
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed;
  • Answering phones.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role;
  • Excellent organizational skills;
  • Customer service oriented attitude;
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers);
  • Professional attitude and appearance;
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks;
  • Must have a High school degree;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise;
  • Great communication skills;
  • Excellent customer service skills;
  • Accurate data entry.
