Our company is looking for a Inventory Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying, analyzing and addressing gaps in inventory processes;
  • Performing complete inventory checks of all stock and supplies twice a year;
  • Monitor Input and Output of all hardware devices;
  • May perform equipment repairs;
  • Evaluation of hardware to determine efficiency, reliability, and compatibility;
  • Managing Inventory/Shipping & Receiving Duties;
  • May perform RMA to Vendors for equipment that has failed inside warranty guidelines;
  • Print Return/Exchange forms for all stations and delivery;
  • Coordinate return and exchanges in accordance with company policy;
  • Enter all vape pens and merchandise into point of sale system when received;
  • Working on all daily back stock in assigned area;
  • You will build rapport with customers;
  • Possessing a sense of urgency and comfort level to be able to work in a fast paced environment;
  • Help customers with any questions they may have. If you aren’t able to answer their question, you will direct them to another team member who can;
  • Learn and apply new technology, and share your knowledge with others.

  • Customer service experience;
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D;
  • Spanish speaking would be Ideal;
  • Organized and detail oriented;
  • You work well in a fast-paced environment;
  • You are detail-oriented and organized;
  • You are process-driven and able to follow procedures in an organized and efficient way;
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook MS Office skills required;
  • Has adequate knowledge of computer systems and is comfortable using them;
  • You possess good listening and communication skills.
