Our company is looking for a Patient Concierge to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Suggest customer service improvements to company systems or processes;
  • Assure prompt and positive action on all patient complaints, questions, concerns and suggestions;
  • Use professional telephone etiquette to answer client calls and respond appropriately;
  • Know and efficiently use patient database system when communicating with clients or implementing projects;
  • Maintain a clean and well organized work environment;
  • Assist with updates, edits, reviews, and additions to the marketing and patient data bases;
  • medical staff;
  • Provide customers with an experience that will always be remembered;
  • Make patient calls in regards to products and services;
  • Be knowledgeable of all products and services and able to communicate with clients fully but implement limits when questions should be referred to;
  • Project a professional image through personal appearance, demeanor and communication (oral, verbal and written);
  • Answers phone, screens calls, takes messages and provides information in pleasant and helpful manner;
  • Schedules new and recheck appointments for patients when necessary;
  • Must provide excellent customer service to all OrthoCarolina patients and employees;
  • Assembles patient charts with face sheet, CHARGE ticket, scribble sheet and physician specific forms and initiates charts to the clinic.

Requirements:

  • They must be detail-oriented and have strong organizational and time management skills;
  • An exceptional customer service orientation is a must;
  • The candidate should be very comfortable working with the Microsoft Office Suite of products and be willing to learn our EMR system (PatientNow);
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to execute each essential duty satisfactorily and be adept at multi-tasking.
