Our company is looking for a Recruiting Intern to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining our internal database with current client and candidate information;
- Partnering with experienced recruiters and supporting them in their processes;
- Market mapping and competitor analysis;
- Candidate sourcing and delivery of candidate short lists.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1+ years’ professional experience and/or recruiting for a professional services firm;
- Successful candidates will have excellent recruiting, communication and project management, and solid organizational skills;
- Possess strong computer skills to mine data in internal and external databases;
- Bachelor’s degree preferred;
- Extensive experience and understanding of social media as a recruitment tool.
