Our company is looking for a Recruiting Intern to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining our internal database with current client and candidate information;
  • Partnering with experienced recruiters and supporting them in their processes;
  • Market mapping and competitor analysis;
  • Candidate sourcing and delivery of candidate short lists.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1+ years’ professional experience and/or recruiting for a professional services firm;
  • Successful candidates will have excellent recruiting, communication and project management, and solid organizational skills;
  • Possess strong computer skills to mine data in internal and external databases;
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred;
  • Extensive experience and understanding of social media as a recruitment tool.
