Our company is looking for a Shipping Clerk to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Creates shipping labels and handles shipping information;
  • Paid Weekly;
  • Follow instructions and respond to management direction;
  • Ensure that our patients get their goodies with each delivery;
  • Moves product to work station, shipping or staging by manually lifting and carrying and/or using conveyors, carts and hoists;
  • Adhere to company, warehouse policies and procedures;
  • Communication with Third Party Logistics location as need to resolve issues on receiving materials;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel;
  • Understand basic PASL services, products, and operations;
  • Maintain order and shipment data in Shipping Log;
  • Inventory cycle counts as needed;
  • Prepare and affix appropriate documentation to cartons and packages;
  • Must gain knowledge of our product offering and shipping procedures;
  • Packing and preparing packages for shipment;
  • Accurately count parts and put them into stock.

Requirements:

  • Ability to maintain a high level of physicality for prolonged periods and working primarily standing;
  • Assists finance in reconciling all freight bills and charges related to equipment movements on an ongoing basis, including small parcel shipments;
  • Ability to follow established product handling procedures while complying with safety and ESD guidelines;
  • Other duties as assigned;
  • Startup experience a plus;
  • HS Diploma or GED;
  • Knowledge and/or applicable job experience;
  • Standing 10+ hour shifts;
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs may be required;
  • Trucking knowledge for LTL Shipments and BOL’s;
  • Previous experience working with freight forwarders;
  • Ability to multi-task, use personal judgment and utilize strong decision making skills;
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment;
  • Ability to understand AWB’s and customs documentation;
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs.
