Systems Support Analyst 4 Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Systems Support Analyst 4 to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Working with partner application teams to ensure we have a smooth transition of changes into our production environments;
- Keep the support teams and leadership up to date on significant incidents and any changes to our Platform services;
- Establishing, work and facilitate EACO issues until their resolution;
- Ensuring service quality and cost-effectiveness of platform for the supported applications;
- Facilitating relationships with other enterprise and CIO infrastructure and development teams;
- Promote the APMS Platform Target Operating Model with the Application and Business teams;
- Participate in sponsored initiatives, special projects, critical efforts and other projects as needed;
- Creating and maintaining a playbook and incident knowledgebase for supported applications.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of systems support analysis experience;
- 4+ years of experience with SMTP backbone systems interfacing with enterprise level email systems;
- 3+ years of patch management experience.
