Talent Coordinator Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Talent Coordinator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Route job descriptions through Editorial department;
- Document notes for biweekly Talent team meetings;
- Develop internal systems to track internal and external requests for NGP Talent and fulfillment of said requests;
- High volume of candidate interview scheduling; phone screens, video interviews and on-site interviews with cross-departmental team members;
- Provide onsite logistical support at NGP related activities and events such as Upfront, TCA, and corporate events;
- Assist with registration and attendance for career fairs;
- Contribute to various Talent Acquisition projects as assigned;
- Gain an understanding of Intouch’s mission, business, clients and industry;
- Learn Intouch’s full-cycle recruiting process and the steps involved, as well as the different departments within Intouch and their key capabilities;
- Review resumes, phone screen entry-level candidates and source candidates for open positions when needed;
- Provide support as a point of contact for on-site interviews;
- Provide on-site support when contractors start;
- Administrative support for talent contracting and payment processes.
Requirements:
- Schedule Talent Acquisition related trainings as necessary (i.e. interviewing training);
- Assist with affirmative action, EEO-1s and Vets 100 reporting;
- Attend job fairs and networking events as needed;
- Coordinate interview travel reimbursements (send completed w9 and receipts to C&E Executive Assistant);
- Track legal questions and act as liaison with outside counsel on immigration matters;
- Manage third party recruitment agency contracts;
- Schedule all onboarding activities, provide support where needed (remote sessions when necessary) in conducting onboarding sessions;
- Assist with intern program (help recruit, participate in intern events, etc.);
- Once offer is accepted, push new hire through Workday and ensure all approvals have occurred and IT tickets for equipment have been submitted;
- Monitor background check completion progress;
- Maintain diversity and open position trackers;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with a variety of personalities;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, familiarity with Slack, Quip, Dropbox and related shared applications;
- Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science.
