Our company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Upkeep candidates through Applicant Tracking System (ATS);
  • Actively source passive candidates through various databases;
  • Identify trends, issues and opportunities in the marketplace relevant to your talent pools;
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates while continuously improving the candidate experience;
  • Filter applications, screen candidates and recommend next steps;
  • Process invoices and candidate expenses;
  • Provide guidance and insight to management to help attract, retain and develop top talent;
  • Assist with coordinating our weekly new hire orientation;
  • Source, identify and interview high potential candidates;
  • Keep the ATS up to date at all times;
  • Assist recruiters with creating offer letters;
  • Coordinate with other departmental recruiters to assist with open positions in other functional areas;
  • Support campus recruiting efforts by researching events (career fairs, on campus recruiting, etc);
  • Guide new hires through the onboarding process from drafting offer letters, to initiating background checks;
  • Support recruiters by scheduling interviews, interview coordination, and booking candidate travel.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical mindset;
  • A minimum of 4 years of related work experience;
  • Strong organizational skills;
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and process management skills as well as keen attention to detail;
  • Ability to deal with and resolve ambiguous, confidential and sensitive situations and issues;
  • Experience in recruiting high volume, recurring positions;
  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • Ability to learn new technology;
  • 1-2 years office administration experience preferably in a HR or staffing capacity;
  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources or related field preferred but not required;
  • Flexible and adaptable;
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook.
