Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Markets career opportunities and aggressively manage requisitions to meet target service level agreements;
- Act as a liaison with Preferred Vendors and their candidates for appropriate positions;
- Facilitates the development of first round interview questions and conduct interviews;
- Ensures the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process;
- Is responsible for tracking and reporting individual recruiting metrics;
- Cultivates external relationships with networking and internal relationships with key functional stakeholders;
- Adheres to assigned performance metrics;
- Meets with management to understand their staffing needs, business issues and job requirements;
- Is responsible for taking on new initiatives as they develop. (e.g. international recruiting, college/university recruiting);
- Usual office working conditions;

- Conduct screening interviews;
- Search for candidates (in Canada and the United States) through various sources,
- Sort through received applications;
- including passive channels and networking to find the best Supply Chain Professionals.
Requirements:
- Ability to manage several files at the same time and to identify priorities;
- Recruitment experience in an agency an asset;
- Must have a very developed sense of urgency;
- Excellent coordination and communication skills;
- Assets;
- Strong business acumen;
- Knowledge of organization branding and integration with Talent Acquisition;
- Knowledge of Federal, state and local employment laws;
- BS or BA in Human Resources or related field preferred;
- Experience with Workday recruiting a plus;
- Experience with diversity and veteran recruiting;
- Establishes clear courses of action to ensure that work is organized, managed and completed effectively;
- Sound, relevant computer skills, including web sourcing and Social Media Knowledge;
- Talent Acquisition analytic knowledge and skills;
- Up-to-date on current industry and technology trends in the field of Talent Acquisition.
