Our company is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Markets career opportunities and aggressively manage requisitions to meet target service level agreements;
  • Act as a liaison with Preferred Vendors and their candidates for appropriate positions;
  • Facilitates the development of first round interview questions and conduct interviews;
  • Ensures the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process;
  • Is responsible for tracking and reporting individual recruiting metrics;
  • Cultivates external relationships with networking and internal relationships with key functional stakeholders;
  • Adheres to assigned performance metrics;
  • Meets with management to understand their staffing needs, business issues and job requirements;
  • Is responsible for taking on new initiatives as they develop. (e.g. international recruiting, college/university recruiting);
  • Usual office working conditions;

  • Conduct screening interviews;
  • Search for candidates (in Canada and the United States) through various sources,
  • Sort through received applications;
  • including passive channels and networking to find the best Supply Chain Professionals.

Requirements:

  • Ability to manage several files at the same time and to identify priorities;
  • Recruitment experience in an agency an asset;
  • Must have a very developed sense of urgency;
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills;
  • Assets;
  • Strong business acumen;
  • Knowledge of organization branding and integration with Talent Acquisition;
  • Knowledge of Federal, state and local employment laws;
  • BS or BA in Human Resources or related field preferred;
  • Experience with Workday recruiting a plus;
  • Experience with diversity and veteran recruiting;
  • Establishes clear courses of action to ensure that work is organized, managed and completed effectively;
  • Sound, relevant computer skills, including web sourcing and Social Media Knowledge;
  • Talent Acquisition analytic knowledge and skills;
  • Up-to-date on current industry and technology trends in the field of Talent Acquisition.
