Our company is looking for a After School Program Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Completes paperwork as assigned;
  • Exhibit ESF core values at all times and to adhere to all company policies;
  • Provide group supervision of campers with attention to behavior management, group management, safety, security, and development;
  • Attend After School Program bi-weekly staff meetings;
  • Fulfill administrative roles including, but not limited to: answering phone calls, making copies, uploading documents and inputting data;
  • Monitor and/or oversee Mentor staff at After School Program;

  • Conduct rounds during After School Program;
  • Executing correspondence to After School Program and Summer Camp families under the direction of the Program Director;
  • Organize and develop program curriculum;
  • Support Mentor staff in leading activities/lessons;
  • Organize and implement daily lessons and activities in a fun and creative manner.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children;
  • Work outside, upright and mobile for six (6) to eight (8) hours per day;
  • Push/pull, lift and carry a minimum of thirty-five (35) pounds across campus;
  • Prior classroom teaching/field work experience or two (2) years of ESF experience;
  • Teaching certification preferred;
  • Minimum of three (3) years of college completed;
  • Respond to emergency situations which may include running (up to 1 mile in some cases) and ascending stairs without undue exertion;
  • First Aid/CPR and AED preferred;
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred;
  • Previous leadership/management experience preferred;
  • Possess physical capacity to fulfill all essential job functions responsibilities listed above.
