Our company is looking for a Team Lead to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Other duties as assigned;
  • Support the store leadership in maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and brand presentation;
  • Serve as an example in providing premium customer experience and build relationships with our consumers;
  • Ensure that all of the client responsibilities occur in accordance with the statement of work and service level agreement with clients;
  • Interpret day to day business objectives and prepare execute operational practices work programs;
  • Demonstrate expert knowledge of processes and related systems to effectively perform responsibilities;
  • Serve an interface with IT and business partners on data warehouse development projects;
  • Identify trends and key insights to drive impact to team goals including product, user experience, and operational efficiency;
  • Develops and maintains an understanding of customer Service Level Agreements and department’s key performance requirements;
  • Provide on call support and provide direction to other on call resources;
  • 25% Management Duties;
  • Liaise with company customer representatives;
  • Work instruction and hands on training of all inspectors;
  • Develop status reports on team performance Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly;
  • Analyze issues independently, use judgement to make decisions, and take necessary action.

Requirements:

  • Proactive and positive interaction and leadership style, with a strength in influencing without authority;
  • Detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
  • Ability to lead, motivate and promote a team environment;
  • Knowledge of all phases of Software Development Lifecycle;
  • Be flexible with company needs;
  • Experience in social media and/or content moderation;
  • Experience with Web and Cross Platform Mobile technologies including Angular JS 1.X / 2.x – 7.x, React Native, JavaScript, Node JS, Swift and/or Java;
  • 7+ years of experience with SQL & T-SQL;
  • ElasticSearch, Memcached, Redis, Kafka, Storm, or similar experience;
  • Bachelor’s degree;

  • Expert knowledge in database programming/querying languages;
