Our company is looking for a Team Leader to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Team Members on appropriate application of policies and procedures;
- Complete all documentation associated with any of the above job duties;
- Takes and clarifies orders, assists guests with menu selection as appropriate;
- Work with other teams and team leads closely to make sure Propeller succeeds;
- Design work cell Layout;
- Oversee day-to-day operations;
- Ensure team compliance to safety and environmental rules and regulations;
- Conduct 1on1 meetings with each direct report to discuss performance, SLA’s and training requirements;
- Attend department meetings and plant-wide huddles;
- Setup and operate equipment assigned to the team;
- Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicator (‘KPIs’) and financial expectations;
- Obtain and execute to the production schedule;
- Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts;
- Ensure team compliance to QS9000/TS16949 guidelines;
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Ability to lead, motivate and promote a team environment;
- Process orientation – find ways to improve existing organizations;
- Follow-up and documentation skills a must;
- Excellent people skills and organizational skills;
- Production Background;
- Strong mechanical skills;
- Able to communicate technical matters clearly and concisely to non-technical people;
- Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed;
- 3+ years of experience in ecommerce, IT, marketing or similar tech industry experience;
- Ensure all employees have the appropriate tools, resources, supplies and training to complete their job duties successfully;
- Complete Ticket Audits, review and share survey data and perform other quality measurements as assigned;
- Drug Test;
- HS Diploma or GED;
- Conduct 1on1 meetings with each direct report to discuss performance, SLA’s and training requirements.
