Our company is looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify strategic and productivity initiatives to improve quality & velocity; drive execution and desired outcome;
  • Hire and nurture ‘best in industry’ staff;
  • Manages and provides training to employees on aspects of the QMS that are relevant to their role;
  • Support project and service teams on quality assurance and warranty obligations;
  • Ensures organization is in compliance with CLIA and CAP regulations;
  • Leads and supports periodic management reviews;
  • Operational Quality Assurance;
  • Works with departments to develop and monitor key performance indicators to assess performance of the organization and guide improvement efforts;
  • Track and manage non-conformances reports (NCRs) and anomalies with the vendor for closure;
  • Manages corrective and preventative action (CAPA) process and lead continuous improvement activities;
  • Reviews verification and validation plans and reports;
  • Manage within the team Configuration and Documentation Management (CADM) needs and obligations of the organization;
  • Create and maintain awareness of GS staff on H&S relevant matters by preparing and providing training / information sessions;
  • Support the evaluation and possibly the implementation of other quality certification standards (AQAP, ECSS);
  • Manages internal audit program and works with process owners to improve & ensure compliance of their procedures.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in people management, within a high growth multi-tier enterprise environment, preferably SaaS;
  • Willing to travel internationally;
  • Fluency in English, any other language is considered as an asset;
  • Bachelor/Master’s Degree in Information & Communications Technology (ICT) or similar industry (education can be subsituted for experience);
  • Computer literacy: latest BI and analytical tools, MS Office, MS Project, etc;
  • Proven experience in the domain of Occupational Health & Safety;
  • Broad knowledge and hands-on technical experience in test tools, framework and automation development;
  • Process development and implementation;
  • Clear communication skills; able to adjust based on audience;
  • Knowledge of at least one programming or scripting language (Java, Ruby, Python, Perl).
