- Ability to work independently in performing repairs and maintenance.
Requirements:
- Joint type: Butt, BU-4a, BTC-P4, Lap and others (if required);
- Material specs: ASTM A36, A252 grade 2 and 3, & A572 grade 50,
- Electrode classification: 7018 & 8018;
- AWS specification: AWS 5.1 and D1.1, D1.1M;
- Certification: 3G, 4G, 6G;
- Type of weld: fillet, single bevel groove (PJP) & single v grove (PJP);
- Welding process: SMAW.
