Security Officer/EMT Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Security Officer/EMT to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Responds to all injuries and illnesses of guests and Associates on Casino property;
- Held accountable, to a high degree, for the accuracy and thoroughness of departmental records and reports;
- Ensures a maximum level of guest service and satisfaction throughout the property is achieved and maintained;
- Maintains the inventory of medical supplies in all EMT Medical Supply Boxes throughout the Casino property;
- Interacts with guests and Associates in a positive, professional manner;
- Assists Security Department with money fills, escorts and other security tasks, as needed,
- Acts as a back-up to other Security staff on assigned shift, and assumes their duties when necessary;
- Escort associates or guests when transporting cash, cash banks, cash drops and fills;
- Responsible for maintaining a consistent, regular attendance record;
- Operates company vehicles as directed to do so;
- Interact with guests and associates in a professional manner;
- The protection of individuals and their property;
- Provide any needed assistance to customers, team members and visitors;
- Neutralize situations calmly with tact and common sense;
- Protect property from theft, sabotage, trespassing, fire and accidents.
Requirements:
- Prior Security experience;
- CPR Certified.
