Our company is looking for a Suite Attendant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow all responsible alcohol service policies;
  • Very knowledgeable on all menu offerings;
  • Ability to lift up to 25lbs;
  • And most importantly, be a TEAM PLAYER with a positive, friendly attitude;
  • Adheres to all safety and sanitation policies;
  • Performs post event product inventory and restocks ability to walk or stand for long periods of time;
  • Ensure your designated suites are consistently cleared of used dishes and products;
  • Ensuring all food and beverage is properly displayed and maintained throughout events;
  • Stock, maintain and transport housekeeping supply cart on a daily basis;
  • Dispose of trash and recyclables;
  • Change and replenish bed linens, towels and guest amenities, as needed;
  • Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner;
  • Clean guest rooms as assigned, including, but not limited to, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting and vacuuming;
  • Perform guest turn down service, as needed;
  • Perform deep cleaning tasks, as needed.

Requirements:

  • Able to establish and maintain a cooperative working relation;
  • Recognizes an emergency situation and takes appropriate action;
  • Excellent customer service skills;
  • Ability to take initiative and effectively adapt to changes;
  • Able to use sound judgment; work independently, with minimal supervision;
  • Performs well with frequent interruptions and/or distractions;
