Suite Attendant Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Suite Attendant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Follow all responsible alcohol service policies;
- Very knowledgeable on all menu offerings;
- Ability to lift up to 25lbs;
- And most importantly, be a TEAM PLAYER with a positive, friendly attitude;
- Adheres to all safety and sanitation policies;
- Performs post event product inventory and restocks ability to walk or stand for long periods of time;
- Ensure your designated suites are consistently cleared of used dishes and products;
- Ensuring all food and beverage is properly displayed and maintained throughout events;
- Stock, maintain and transport housekeeping supply cart on a daily basis;
- Dispose of trash and recyclables;
- Change and replenish bed linens, towels and guest amenities, as needed;
- Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner;
- Clean guest rooms as assigned, including, but not limited to, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting and vacuuming;
- Perform guest turn down service, as needed;
- Perform deep cleaning tasks, as needed.
Requirements:
- Able to establish and maintain a cooperative working relation;
- Recognizes an emergency situation and takes appropriate action;
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Ability to take initiative and effectively adapt to changes;
- Able to use sound judgment; work independently, with minimal supervision;
- Performs well with frequent interruptions and/or distractions;
