Our company is looking for a Account Based Marketing Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Forecast, measure, and analyze the impact of all programs on sales cycle on a regular basis, reporting out to the Design leadership team;
  • Identify, manage, and develop customer reference and advocacy campaigns that enable Sales to lead with customer success and partnership value;
  • Develop ABM program for targeted accounts in alignment with Design strategic objectives and annual performance targets;
  • Responsible for tracking opportunities, pipeline, and marketing influence in Sales targeted accounts using marketing automation and CRM tools;
  • Produce a portfolio of core assets and content required for the ABM program requirements;
  • Employ industry best practices and look for opportunities to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the ABM program;
  • Be at the global forefront of design trends and innovation as well as their application to the marketing message;
  • Define, develop, and execute a tier based approach of appropriately balanced ABM campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in high-tech, B2B demand generation or Account-Based Marketing, managing events and webinars;
  • Strong analytical skills and a fanatical obsession with achieving pipeline growth;
  • Excellent track record of driving highly integrated omnichannel marketing programs;
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Salesforce and Webinar tools like Zoom;
  • Experience working with customers to develop advocacy marketing materials that showcase real-world success and value across multiple channels;
  • Passionate storyteller with the ability to understand industry challenges, trends, and technical concepts to turn them into compelling content;
  • Proven analytical and problem solving skills;
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (Pardot, Hubspot, Marketo) and Salesforce;
  • Experience in ABM or demand generation at a B2B enterprise software company;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Proven success driving increased demand and full funnel conversions to support pipeline generation and top-line revenue targets;
  • Basic understanding and curiosity to learn about digital product creation to help identify relevant and relatable marketing messages;
  • Experience working with geographically dispersed teams;
  • Strong marketing experience and demonstrated ability to define, develop, and execute ABM campaigns on time and on budget;
  • Flexibility to travel as required.
