Responsibilities:
- Other duties as assigned;
- Make sure all internal requests for parts are billed on service repair order;
- Maintains a professional appearance;
- Keeps current on new products and product updates;
- Answers phone calls, providing price quotes and other information;
- Keep orderly records of all repair orders, purchase orders and special order parts;
- Follow up on back-ordered parts;
- Keep front and rear counter areas clean and uncluttered;
- Notify parts manager of out-of-stock parts or shop materials that need immediate attention.
