Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles;
- Coach salespeople on best practices for closing deals and provide guidance to improve sales performance;
- Creates a culture of integrity where everyone is held accountable;
- Strong background in building showroom and internet traffic, SEO and SEM, direct mail and other traditional media;
- Hire, motivate, and monitor the performance of New and Used team, Internet Sales, Finance Managers and Service Drive Sales;
- Establish delivery procedures and monitor performance and execution;
- �rovide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals;
- Directs the activities of all department associates, ensuring proper staffing, discipline, and management;
- �xcellent communication and customer service skills;
- Facilitate regular sales training for continue team growth;
- Ensure high standards are held for delivery of vehicles to customers;
- Ensure that sales representatives understand and follow dealership policies at all times;
- Help manage all other aspects of the sales department;

Requirements:
- Attention to detail and problem solving capabilities;

- Must have at least 2-5 years of successful experience in automotive sales or equivalent sales industry;
- Knowledge in use of CRM, DMS and Desking tools required;
