Our company is looking for a eCommerce Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Leads and fully participates in the company’s continuous improvement processes and adheres to all company procedures and policies;
  • Conducting outbound e-mail marketing campaigns;
  • Analyze sales activity on multi eCommerce platforms to determine product performance and identify areas of improvement;
  • Audit all channels regularly to ensure optimization, ranking, and content;
  • Manage all aspects of inbound hotel links to properties from outside websites and linking opportunities;
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, brand performance reports and brand promotions;
  • Participate in the development of strategies to support e-commerce functions for the hotel both short and long-term;
  • Assist hotel sales teams with group landing pages, res-links, and other account-specific online channels to increase revenues;
  • Manage and coordinate hotel photography including shot lists and publishing on various online channels;
  • Create, send and track reporting for various campaigns and platforms to communicate performance and ROI to hotel teams and stakeholders;
  • Work closely with creative and marketing teams to develop digital creative for online and media;
  • Coordinate photo shoots needed and organize image files;
  • Coordinate & follow up with in-house software team/e-commerce to update product on Shopify;
  • Monitor OTS to push stock and un-publish sold out sizes/styles;
  • Prepare Shopify and sales analysis reports for senior management; monitor best sellers & progress to target.

Requirements:

  • Preferred knowledge of pricing strategies, specifically regarding e-Commerce accounts;
  • Proficiency with SAP Business One a plus;
  • Strong experience with interaction on social media sites such as, Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, as well as blogging material;
  • Ability to effectively direct, supervise and manage the e-Commerce team;
  • Previous wholesale or eCommerce experience a plus;
  • Analytical skills with knowledge of hospitality trends and tools;
  • Understanding of site analytics and tools;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Excellent computer skills including advanced Microsoft Excel skills (including vlookups, pivot tables, etc.);
  • Ability to work independently and self-driven;
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience;
  • Highly entrepreneurial and able to effectively multitask;
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Good AdWords,
