Our company is looking for a Events Associate to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Write, and coordinate RFPs with vendors (i.e. venues, décor, A&V, staging, floral, video);
  • Develop a comprehensive project timeline for all aspects of the event;
  • Manage prospect charts;
  • Maintain meeting notes;
  • Manage revenue charts;
  • Work with EventsAir modules;
  • Create meeting agendas;
  • Manage seating using seating software;
  • Work with designers, printers and mail houses on printed materials;
  • Create name badges, tent card, other signage needs.

Requirements:

  • Strong oral and written communication skills;
  • Reliable transportation to all events; employee is expected to report on time at office and at all events/ client meetings;
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills;
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate at all levels of the organization;
  • Conduct all business with the utmost honesty, integrity and sensitivity;
  • Positive team player, enthusiastic, self-motivated and high energy;
  • Other Webster Group tasks as assigned;
  • Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses;
  • BS in a related field;
  • Active passport at all times since occasional travel is required;
  • Some travel required;
  • Results-orientated with a high level of integrity and dependability.
