Our company is looking for a Growth Marketing Associate to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze test results, develop new segments, and work alongside the rest of the performance marketing team to improve KPIs;
  • Constantly iterate and test new ads, creatives, and channels to continually improve creative library, landing pages, and strategies;
  • Manage projects and junior marketers;
  • Keep a detailed record of campaigns and how they’re driving our key business metrics such as LTV, repeat-purchases, and CAC;
  • Develop a vision to extend/improve our existing analytics and marketing stack;
  • Work with the brand and communication teams on writing that fits our brand-voice and strategy, but optimized for conversion;
  • Tactical execution of acquisition strategies (ad creation, targeting, bidding, budgeting);
  • Adjust our email marketing efforts to be synchronized with the rest of our retention marketing efforts;
  • Help design email flows, paid social, and affiliate campaigns that drive high open rates, click-throughs, and a great member experience;
  • Participate in digital marketing strategy sessions and help identify long term growth opportunities;
  • Build and manage weekly + monthly channel level reporting to harness integrated view of our acquisition landscape;
  • Oversee our performance marketing strategy, campaign structure, paid media optimizations, budgets, KPI’s and execute early implementation;
  • Constantly test and optimize emails to improve KPI’s while questioning and documenting best practices;
  • Be the liaison and subject matter expert when it comes to all things data/reporting, and report out on performance to leadership;
  • Build effective working relationships with agencies and vendors and provide direction in executing campaigns.

Requirements:

  • A passion for being customer-centric and open to learning;
  • A serious love for data and openness to testing for continuous improvement;
  • 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, email, or retention-focused marketing roles at a top consumer-facing company;
  • Deep affinity to protecting brand and visual identity in running experiments;
  • A proven track record of managing paid acquisition campaigns at breakout consumer products;
  • Highly organized and extremely analytical (Excel/SQL whizzes preferred ), can manage a calendar;
  • Familiarity with CRM and ESP tools (we use Klaviyo).
