Our company is looking for a Inside Sales Engineer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand / Educate / Evangelize the concept of continuous + real-time application security and the need for it;
  • Work closely with buyers in the process integration of Contrast products;
  • Understand the customer’s business drivers and how to map these to a Contrast solution;
  • Provide reporting and feedback on customer accounts and field activities to Sales, Product Management and Engineering;
  • Support Sales Managers and Sales Coordinators with new and existing accounts and introduction of new products;
  • Provide HVAC equipment selections, both new and replacements;
  • Seek new business opportunities by responding to RFQ’s for new and/or existing customers;
  • Provide technical support for standard products and engineered systems to salespeople, sales channels, and directly to customers;
  • Provide accurate information regarding availability of items for customer procurement;
  • Provide technical guidance for product selection;
  • Produce quotes for standard products and custom engineered systems;
  • Access, update, and maintain records for individual accounts;
  • Educate customers about terminology, features and benefits of products in order to improve product related sales and customer satisfaction;
  • Monitor scheduled shipment dates to ensure timely delivery and expedite as needed;
  • Identify potential process changes to increase efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Understand and be conversant about Contrast’s competitors, their solutions, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats;
  • 1+ years of sales engineering experience;
  • Ability to travel 30%+, or as needed;
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, while also able to handle multiple priorities;
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Excel, and Word);
  • Sense of urgency, self-initiative, dedication, sense of ownership is required;
  • Unwavering customer service orientation;
