Our company is looking for a Kitchen Staff to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting in daily kitchen operations;
- Ensuring that the working environment is properly sanitized;
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications;
- Adhere to all sanitation and food safety regulations;
- Setting up workstation with the necessary equipment;
- Prepping ingredients to use for cooking;
- Monitoring stock;
- Always adhere to all company policies and procedures;
- Be an expert on all menu items and preparation;
- Must be able to follow basic recipes;
- Assist in keeping the kitchen clean, hygienic and tidy, at all times;
- Must have some knowledge of how the flow goes in a commercial kitchen setting;
- Must follow all health department regulations;
- Carry out instructions given by the management team and operator;
- Candidates must be quick and diligent and willing to improve on the job.
Requirements:
- Work authorization: United States (Required);
- Must be able to stoop, kneel and lift 25 lbs or more;
- Excellent team player;
- Familiar with the different kinds of cooking procedures;
- Able to provide Food Manager certificate within 2 weeks of hire date;
- Good communication skills;
- Understand the expectation of Chick-fil-A customer service standards and operational excellence;
- Great attitude;
