Our company is looking for a Kitchen Staff to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in daily kitchen operations;
  • Ensuring that the working environment is properly sanitized;
  • Follow recipes and presentation specifications;
  • Adhere to all sanitation and food safety regulations;
  • Setting up workstation with the necessary equipment;
  • Prepping ingredients to use for cooking;
  • Monitoring stock;
  • Always adhere to all company policies and procedures;
  • Be an expert on all menu items and preparation;
  • Must be able to follow basic recipes;
  • Assist in keeping the kitchen clean, hygienic and tidy, at all times;
  • Must have some knowledge of how the flow goes in a commercial kitchen setting;
  • Must follow all health department regulations;
  • Carry out instructions given by the management team and operator;
  • Candidates must be quick and diligent and willing to improve on the job.

Requirements:

  • Work authorization: United States (Required);
  • Must be able to stoop, kneel and lift 25 lbs or more;
  • Excellent team player;
  • Familiar with the different kinds of cooking procedures;
  • Able to provide Food Manager certificate within 2 weeks of hire date;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Understand the expectation of Chick-fil-A customer service standards and operational excellence;
  • Great attitude;
  • Motivated to grow and to learn;
