Our company is looking for a Manufacturing Associate to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare products and materials for shipment;
  • Additional production or manufacturing tasks as assigned;
  • Assembly technician: processing wafers, PCBA boards, modules, and test finish product;
  • Retrieve and unpack components and stock the line;
  • Keeps own training on track and trains other technicians and associates on operations;
  • Maintain a clean and well stocked workstation;
  • Reset faults, as appropriate;
  • Placing fiberglass spools onto racks;
  • Cleaning and setup of equipment;
  • Setup and operate all equipment in related area to produce product to specification requirements;
  • Perform visual inspections and identify potential quality concerns;
  • Preparing materials for production;
  • Inspecting and processing car parts;
  • Sheet Metal Fabrication;
  • Detailed and accurate documentation in batch production records.

Requirements:

  • Stand or sit for prolonged periods of time; as required;
  • Be subjected to extreme heat for extended periods of time;
  • Lift objects weighing up to 40 lbs;
  • High school diploma or equivalent is desirable;
  • Consistant attendance, ability to get to work on time, every day;
  • Good with math, able to read a tape measure and micrometer;
  • Must be able to lift up to 60lbs;
  • Able to climb a ladder and flex the upper and lower body;
  • Valid driver’s license;
  • Previous manufacturing experience;
  • Must have reliable transportation;
  • Stand for long periods of time, as required;
  • Ability to read a tape measure;
  • Actively pursues learning of required skills, new skills, and new equipment;
  • Proficient in MS Office and related PC skills.
