Operations Manufacturing Associate Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Operations Manufacturing Associate to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Aligning material and putting together parts to build more complex units;
- Checking output to ensure the highest quality;
- Report defective material or questionable conditions to production department supervisor;
- Reporting on issues, malfunction or defective parts;
- Maintaining equipment in good condition;
- Keeping records of production quantities and time;
- Selecting or modifying components according to measurements and specifications;
- Light grounds keeping;
- Assembling Boxes;
- General clean up;
- Comply with all safety regulations and practices follow specific directions;
- Performing operations on assembly line by material handling and packaging;
- Palletizing products;
- Ability to perform other duties as assigned;
- Machine Operation.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED;
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions;
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and perform a variety of functions;
- Ability to stand for long periods;
- Must be able to work any time between the hours of 6:30am – 11:30pm with no issues;
- Effectively work within a team-based environment;
- At least 2 years experience in a manufacturing environment doing assembly, machine operating or general warehouse type duties preferred;
- Strong attention to detail.
