Our company is looking for a Sales Rep to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Consistently provide exceptional customer service;
  • Use judgment to solve customer problems;
  • Process payments by totaling purchases; process checks, cash, and store or other credit cards;
  • Ask about our residential door knocking opportunities;
  • Explain the program in a clear way to interested and eligible customers;
  • Establish new accounts by displaying high productivity and energy in outbound calls, following-up on referrals, and closing sales;
  • May attend occasional trade shows;
  • Provide prospects with information about DAT Solutions;
  • Visiting job sites and building relationships with site personnel;
  • 50/50 split of inside and outside sales activities;
  • Collaborating with the Recruiting staff and assisting with recruiting efforts when need be;
  • Managing recruiters in the office, and assisting with recruiting efforts when need be;
  • Process and execute contracts by working off guidelines provided;
  • Seek out and advise customers by providing information on services;
  • Find new business.

Requirements:

  • Highly adaptable to various situations and customer needs;
  • Experience working in sales;
  • Previous experience in either sales, marketing, management or customer service;
  • Reliable transportation, bilingual is a plus;
  • Ability to establish new accounts by displaying high productivity and energy in outbound calls, following-up on referrals, and closing sales;
  • Build and manage a sales funnel;
  • Background in logistics preferred;
  • Solid understanding of professional and business etiquette;
  • Ability to use professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways;
  • SaaS and subscription-based selling preferred;
  • Enthusiastic, positive, highly energetic;
  • Driven by money and self motivated;
  • Great communication and presentation skills;
  • At least 1 years of B2B sales experience;
  • Good Phone skills.
