Responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints;
  • Obtain underwriting approval by completing application for coverage;
  • Approach potential clients in person;
  • Must be able to secure state issue Solicitor’s Permit;
  • Respond to customer inquiries on a timely basis;
  • Assists the billing department to help secure customer payment for sales;

  • Contact existing customers to discuss their needs, process orders, and ensure successful delivery to customers;
  • Understand the different states strategies, nuances, and regulations;
  • You will seek out new business opportunities through cold calling to engage and close deals;

  • Attending and supporting company events at various conferences to drive business goals;
