Warehouse Associate 1 Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Warehouse Associate 1 to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain an organized, safe and clean warehouse;
- Pick up and deliver materials;
- Track orders, maintain inventory and stock;
- Maintain the warehouse, deliveries and materials;
- Issue materials to construction personnel.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of receiving materials and issuance preferred;
- Valid DOT certification or ability to obtain upon hire;
- Previous experience working in a warehouse setting strongly preferred;
- Valid driver’s license required;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook & Word);
- Must pass a background check and drug screen;
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions;
- Ability to lift a minimum of 75 lbs;
- Previous experience in the telecommunications or Cable TV industry preferred;
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast paced and quickly changing environment;
- Experience operating a forklift required.
