Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all guards and safety devices are present and working correctly on assigned machine;
  • Stopping;
  • Run assigned equipment, which includes but is not limited to: Starting;
  • Attend training and practice machine operating skills listed on the machine certification form;
  • Perform quality inspections and complete the DIR accurately;
  • Monitor the quality of the product at the machine entrance and exit;
  • Clearing product and material jam.

Requirements:

  • Good communication, organization, time management and basic mathematical skills;
  • Inventory, equipment operator certification, data entry and computer skills may be required;
  • Dependable and reliable;
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred;
  • 1-2 yrs previous warehouse experience preferred;
  • Warehouse experience with familiarity methods and practices;
  • High school graduate or GED;
  • Certified Forklift License;
  • Good organization and time management skills;
  • Must have a chauffeurs license;
  • Ability to lift heavy objects.
