Dmytro Gryn is an expert in the information technology industry with 16 years of experience. He joined the Jooble team in May 2007 as a Software Engineer, becoming the first employee in the company after its two founders. Before becoming CEO, Dmytro worked as an engineer, team leader of the development team, and CTO.

Dmytro led Jooble's international expansion into foreign online recruitment markets, created and managed all necessary processes, and built and trained a team. As CEO, he is now responsible for improving the company's ability to create more value for Jooble's customers.

Artem Dubowiecki has a wealth of experience in the Internet industry, particularly in the areas of business planning, income tax, risk management, and auditing.

Tetiana Gorbunova joined the company in 2011 as a country manager and quickly rose to the role of team leader. During her 13-year tenure with the company, she has held four different roles, culminating in the position of Chief Sales Officer.

As Chief Sales Officer, Tetiana has successfully built and managed a high-performing team. She has also played a key role in driving sales transformation and implementing key cross-team processes. Tetiana contributes to strategic decision-making. She also conducts values-based final interviews for all teams within the company, emphasizing the importance of alignment with the company's core values during the hiring process.

Nazim Suleimanov joined the Jooble team in 2014 and grew with the company, advancing his career from developer to CTO. Today, he is a member of the management team and is responsible for Jooble's infrastructure and technical components.

His focus is on the technological advancement of the company and creating the conditions in which technology can be used to achieve Jooble's long-term business goals.

Nazim actively develops engineering practices in teams to increase the productivity of technical specialists. His current focus is on developing the company and creating products that meet user needs, emphasizing the role of technology in this process.

Oleksii Kravchuk joined Jooble in 2019. During his tenure, he has built a PR team responsible for communication support of the company's projects in the European and American markets.

Before joining Jooble, Oleksii gained experience in PR departments of IT companies and media, including work at 1+1 Media, where he was in charge of communication for digital projects.

Today, he is part of the Jooble management team and continues to contribute to the company's brand development. Oleksii believes in the power of words and appreciates good stories.

Oksana Nosenko took the reins of Jooble's analytics team in 2021. Since then, her team of analysts has ensured data-driven decision-making in key strategic areas such as sales, product development, SEO, and traffic acquisition.

Oksana has extensive experience working for product-focused IT companies. Her analytics career includes roles at companies such as ZEO Alliance and Ideals, where she expanded her knowledge and expertise.

Outside Jooble, Oksana is a guest lecturer on analytics. She can often be found at webinars and workshops of the online institute Projector, as well as within the framework of the "Mentors v tylu" project. Her passion for sharing knowledge and her desire to help others grow is reflected in her role as Head of Analytics at Jooble.

Serhii Voitenkov is an information technology professional over 14 years of experience in the IT industry. He joined Jooble in 2008 and over the years has worked his way up from Full Stack Developer to Chief Data Science Officer. He is also part of Jooble's management team and actively involved in the company's strategic development.

Serhii has actively participated in Jooble's business development in the European, American and Asian markets. As Head of Data Science, Serhii successfully leads the implementation of AI technology solutions to provide an advanced experience for all Jooble users in more than 70 countries.

Today, under Serhii's leadership, the Data Science team improves the company's performance through technology. His team is involved in creating new products, improving job search algorithms, and conducting extensive testing to improve the user experience.

Anton Burdak joined Jooble in October 2013 as a master's student at the Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute.

Initially, Anton was a web scraping specialist in the Aggregation & Monitoring. After a year, he created a new CQ (Content Quality) department. The main focus of this department was to evaluate aggregated content and protect users from fraudulent jobs.

Five years later, Anton's dedication and contributions led to his appointment as head of the Customer Experience team. In this role, he successfully merged two existing teams, Aggregation and Monitoring and Content Quality, with the newly created Customer Support Service.

Later, he contributed to Jooble’s global growth by building and leading the Business Development team, responsible for testing and adapting new business models.

Today, Anton continues to drive the company’s international expansion as Region Manager of the Balkans, focusing on strengthening Jooble’s presence and partnerships across the region.

Alina Soloviova began her professional journey with Jooble in 2014, starting as an assistant to the accountant.

Over 9 years at Jooble, Alina has progressed through various finance and accounting roles, culminating in her current position as Financial Manager. Her varied experience has given her a deep understanding of the company's processes and a comprehensive insight into Jooble's financial aspects.

Today, she leads the accounting team and oversees the seamless operation of all financial components of the company, ensuring transparency and understanding of financial metrics and processes within Jooble, providing valuable insights that help shape strategic decisions. In addition, Alina is involved in the financial evaluation of various business initiatives, providing critical assessment that impacts the company's growth and innovation.

Roman Prokofiev, IT entrepreneur and co-founder of Jooble. Active seed-stage and round A investor: 14 portfolio companies invested directly or through venture capital funds.

In 2006, while a student at KPI, he co-founded Jooble with his friend and fellow student Eugene Sobakarov. The total number of Jooble's monthly visits is more than 90 million, and the company's team speaks 29 languages. Jooble is a remote-first company whose employees can work remotely from anywhere in the world.

Roman is actively involved in running the company and setting its goals. Marketing and sales are at the heart of his work.

Eugene Sobakarov, co-founder of Jooble. In 2006, while a student at the Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute, he founded Jooble with his friend Roman Prokofiev. In over 15 years, the company has grown from a student start-up to a global company with a product used in more than 65 countries around the world. Eugene takes an active part in the company's management and in shaping its goals.
Oleksandr Marusyak
Head of Traffic Acquisition
Oleksandr Marusyak joined Jooble in June 2023 as Project Growth Team Lead within the AdExchange initiative. He currently holds the role of Head of Traffic Acquisition, with full responsibility for all user acquisition channels, spanning organic reach to paid media.

He directly manages three team leads across Paid, SEO, and Affiliate, alongside a Business Development Manager. In total, his stream comprises over 40 professionals, including analysts, developers, and traffic specialists. Notable achievements include launching new traffic channels and automating the internal affiliate operations system.

Prior to Jooble, Oleksandr held business development and account management roles at international firms such as Docplanner, RTB House, and InStreamly, where he also led globally distributed teams. This experience has shaped his strategic vision, enhanced his flexibility in negotiation, and fostered a strong awareness of intercultural dynamics.

He holds a master’s degree in Law from the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv and a master’s degree in East European Studies from the University of Warsaw (Studium Europy Wschodniej), as well as certifications in digital marketing from Google, TikTok, Twitch, and Moat. Oleksandr leads with empathy, adaptability, and respect, applying active listening, compromise, and leading by example as core tenets of his leadership.

Drawing on over nine years’ experience in business development, strategic sales, and team leadership, she drives growth through targeted partnership initiatives and motivational leadership practices. With extensive international experience and deep expertise in the job search space, Kateryna brings unique industry insights.

Before joining Jooble, she honed her skills at Jobsora and TemplateMonster, gaining valuable knowledge of job market dynamics and recruitment trends.

Kateryna’s team empowers companies to find the right talent faster and more effectively by connecting them with innovative job search solutions. She takes a strategic approach to overcoming challenges in the DACH Region and is recognised for her hands-on leadership and ability to build high-performing teams.

Nazar Danchuk currently holds the position of Country Manager for Poland at Jooble, where he leads the development and execution of the company’s business strategy in Poland, with a focus on delivering maximum value to clients. He is committed to identifying solutions that align with client goals and driving success and growth across the region.

Nazar is a qualified Business Development Manager with four years’ experience and a strong background in sales and business development, particularly within the HR Tech and staffing industries. He graduated from the Sales and Marketing Management programme at WSB Merito University in Poznań.

Valentyn Minaiev joined Jooble in May 2025 and currently holds the position of Country Manager for the Netherlands. In this role, he is responsible for expanding the company's market share, scaling the client portfolio, and creating additional value for partners.

Before joining Jooble, Valentyn held senior operational and commercial leadership roles in technology companies, gaining deep expertise in finance, project management, and business processes. He is a seasoned IT business development leader with over 10 years’ experience in optimising core business operations across startups and companies of various sizes. A confident manager with an entrepreneurial mindset, Valentyn specialises in revenue growth, sales development, and implementing effective marketing strategies.

He holds a degree in General Law from the East European University and has earned international certifications in risk and portfolio management from the University of Geneva, as well as in financial markets from Yale University.

Yana Levchenko is an accomplished international sales and client relations professional with over seven years’ experience driving business growth and building long-lasting partnerships. As Country Manager for France at Jooble, she is dedicated to accelerating the company’s expansion in the region, enhancing customer satisfaction, and championing Jooble’s mission of connecting job seekers with opportunities in a seamless and effective way.

Yana’s journey with Jooble began in 2018, when she joined the company as an Outreach Manager. Her exceptional leadership skills, strategic mindset, and deep understanding of market dynamics led to a series of increasingly senior roles within the organisation. In her previous role in the commercial department, she played a key part in growing Jooble’s client base across French-speaking markets.

Yana holds a degree from the Institute of International Relations at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv and is a certified translator in both English and French. This academic foundation, combined with her hands-on business expertise, positions her uniquely to lead Jooble’s operations in France with insight and impact.

Yevhen Onatsko joined Jooble in May 2025 and currently holds the position of Country Manager for the United States. In this role, he is responsible for shaping and executing the company’s growth strategy in the US market, expanding the partner network, and reinforcing Jooble’s market presence through improved customer satisfaction and effective collaboration.

Before joining Jooble, Yevhen worked in strategic sales for over 10 years, including five years devoted to online education across several European countries. He is a seasoned sales leader with over 10 years of experience in designing and implementing successful sales strategies, automating CRM workflows, and enhancing quality control systems, all of which contribute to increased revenue and stronger customer loyalty.

He holds a master’s degree in Economics from Kyiv Humanitarian Academy.
Valeriia Mostytska

Valeriia Mostytska joined Jooble in April 2024 and currently holds the position of Country Manager for the United Kingdom. She is responsible for end-to-end market leadership — growing the client base, expanding existing partnerships, and executing strategic initiatives locally. She leads a team of Customer Success and Business Development Managers, oversees key client negotiations, launches new products, and streamlines market operations.

Before joining Jooble, Valeriia spent over 10 years in marketing and business development across the FMCG, retail, and QSR sectors. She successfully drove a 30% revenue increase through geographic expansion and proposition optimisation. She also brings experience managing diverse teams and scaling multiple startups in IT, hospitality, and manufacturing.

She holds two degrees, in Land Law (NUBiP) and Marketing (KNUTE), as well as an international diploma in Business from Centennial College (Canada), and further business education from Aalto University (Finland). Valeriia leads with empathy and respect, and firmly believes that nothing is impossible.

Anna Pozdnyakova, Chief Human Resources Officer at Jooble, is an HR strategy and business transformation expert with 14 years of experience across IT, FMCG, and Banking sectors. She has worked with companies ranging from 100 to over 7,000 employees across marketing, analytics, sales, key account management, and HR departments, covering markets in Ukraine, Poland, Spain, Switzerland, Georgia, Armenia, Moldova, and Duty Free operations worldwide.

Anna has launched offices from scratch, built HR teams, developed KPIs and analytics systems, employee value propositions (EVP), performance and budgeting processes, managed corporate culture change, and led crisis management programs. She has delivered large-scale transformations in cross-cultural teams and at C-level, served as a speaker and advisor to leaders on topics ranging from change management to HR strategy development. She is the author of "The Hero's Journey" leadership course and "Hrabli" ("Pitfalls") podcast. Anna firmly believes that senior HR development is impossible without business acumen, understanding of finance, value chain, and strategic priorities. She works to ensure HR leaders think systematically, influence key business decisions, and carry strategic weight.

She holds a Master's degree in Innovation Strategy and a Bachelor's degree in Economics, with certifications in Change Management (ACMP), Human System Dynamics, Caliper & DISC Assessment, Talogy A-method, Existential Coaching, ICF Coaching, and team facilitation.
