Full-time, same day acute visits Taylorsville Clinic - Intermountain Health Taylorsville, UT

Incentives: Up to $7,500 relocation bonus (if applicable).

Clinic Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5:00PM/36 patient facing hours

Current state license as a Physician Assistant or Advance Practice Registered Nurse (APRN).

Certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (Credentialing requirement).

BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers.

Other certification as required (e.g. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
