Operations SupervisorAre you ready to lead with purpose and drive results? Kellanova is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our Rome, Georgia plant and lead our night shift team (4:30 PM – 5:30 AM). This is an on-site role where you'll be at the heart of our production operations, ensuring smooth execution and high performance. You'll be guiding a dedicated team of hourly employees, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement. A Taste of What You'll Be DoingProduction Leadership – Oversee all activities on your assigned shift, ensuring production goals, material changes, and schedules are met.Team Development & Support – Provide direction and servant leadership to your team of operators, helping them grow and succeed.Safety & Quality Focus – Champion a "safety first" mindset while maintaining food safety and quality standards.Continuous Improvement – Apply LEAN principles, 5S, and RCA methodologies to drive process optimization and cost reduction.We're Looking for Someone WithDemonstrated experience managing safety and/or quality programs in a manufacturing environmentHigh school diploma or GEDProven leadership and supervisory experience in manufacturingAbility to work evenings and weekendsStrong manufacturing aptitude and proficiency in Microsoft OfficeAbility to manage multiple priorities while fostering accountability and executionCompensationThe annual salary range is $76,200 - $99,960, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill.
