In this role, you will provide essential financial and general accounting support to a diverse portfolio of small businesses and individual clients.
Maintain general ledgers and process full-cycle bookkeeping for various clients.
Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
Prepare routine financial reports and statements.
Assist with payroll processing and related tax compliance.
Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, preferably within a public accounting firm or multi-client environment.
Strong proficiency in bookkeeping software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Deliver accurate accounting and financial work within established deadlines
Manage a high-volume workload without sacrificing quality
Recognize potential financial or tax opportunities and issues
