Accounts Payable Specialist

We're partnering with a rapidly growing multi-location organization seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to support a high-volume AP function in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

✅ Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable processing
✅ Handle invoices and payments across multiple locations and legal entities
✅ Maintain accurate bookkeeping and financial records
✅ Identify process improvements and help streamline AP workflows
✅ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate vendor payments
✅ Support a growing organization by improving efficiency and scalability

What We're Looking For

* 5-7+ years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience
* Experience with Restaurant365 (R365) strongly preferred
* Restaurant or hospitality industry experience is a plus
* Strong bookkeeping, recordkeeping, and reconciliation skills
* Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication abilities
* Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a high-growth environment
* Process improvement mindset with the ability to identify workflow efficiencies
