Recruiter IIIThe Tech Sourcer will partner with hiring managers, business leaders, and HR business partners to set and drive strategy, goals, process for their searches. Overseeing the research effort in partnership with our sourcers to map our markets and generate candidate names and target profiles for a high volume of searchesCreating robust search strategies that will attract the best and brightest candidates while ensuring our commitment to diversifying our global workforceCalibrating and fine-tuning candidate profiles with hiring managersGaining trust of prospective candidates and developing them into active candidatesUpholding DB's hiring bar through rigorous screening, assessment and reference checksContinually contributing to the knowledge base of the group by providing education on industries and market conditionsProactively building out talent networks across diverse functions/industries and tapping knowledgeable industry sources to help develop a competitive advantageLeading client update meetings and leverage data to advance search progress Conducting on-site interviews and participating in debrief/hiring conversationsCreating and negotiating complex offers through a thorough understanding of compensation and benefits
