About Us We are seeking a driven and highly organized Recruiter to support our client’s continued growth. This role will own full-cycle recruiting across technical and business functions and partner closely with hiring managers to identify, engage, assess, and close high-quality talent. We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-moving environment, is comfortable proactively sourcing passive candidates, and can provide a strong candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting, including intake, sourcing, screening, interview management, offer coordination, and closing. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define candidate profiles, and develop effective recruiting strategies. Proactively source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for both current and future hiring needs. Conduct candidate screens and assess experience, motivation, technical/business fit, and overall alignment with the opportunity. Manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining strong organization, urgency, and follow-through. Provide candidates with a high-quality and personalized recruiting experience throughout the process. Track recruiting activity, pipeline health, and hiring progress and proactively identify potential bottlenecks. Support offer strategy and candidate closing in partnership with hiring managers and leadership. Contribute to recruiting process improvements as the organization continues to scale. Qualifications 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in technology, AI, cloud infrastructure, SaaS, or another high-growth environment. Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end recruiting processes. Strong sourcing skills and ability to identify and engage high-quality passive candidates. Ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and understand complex hiring requirements. Strong communication, relationship-building, and candidate-management skills. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and searches simultaneously. Comfortable working with urgency and adapting quickly as business priorities change. Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to operate independently with limited structure. #J-18808-Ljbffr
