Full Time Litigation Paralegal
Virtual Vocations Inc
To support the Legal team, the full-time remote Litigation Paralegal will manage legal request workflows, assist in litigation and regulatory support, and build AI-enabled legal infrastructure while ensuring efficient operations across law enforcement and legal matters.
Key responsibilities
Own the intake, processing, and response workflow for legal requests from law enforcement, ensuring visibility and prioritization
Collaborate cross-functionally to address routine legal inquiries and escalate sensitive issues to attorneys as needed
Assist with litigation and regulatory support, including document coordination and preparation of attorney-ready summaries
Required qualifications
3-5+ years of paralegal or legal operations experience, preferably in litigation or regulatory support
Experience managing legal workflows, including intake, tracking, and document coordination
Demonstrable AI fluency with tools like Claude or ChatGPT for legal research and workflow optimization
Exceptional organizational skills with a proactive approach to identifying and closing workflow gaps
Strong written communication skills for translating complex legal concepts into clear, actionable language
