Our Home & Community-based care model allows clients to practice communication, cognitive, and swallowing skills in the environments where progress truly matters.

We are seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist for a flexible PRN, W2 role in San Francisco, CA. An experienced SLP interested in serving as the primary therapist throughout the full episode of care from evaluation through discharge.

Available for approximately 10-20 hours per week , typically serving 2-3 consistent clients .

Passionate about functional, real-world rehabilitation delivered beyond traditional clinic walls.

Participating in yoga, light hiking, and community activities

A clinician who thrives with professional autonomy while valuing collaboration with an interdisciplinary team of OTs, PTs, LCSWs , and other rehabilitation professionals.

Growth & Advancement Opportunities

Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans of patients with speech, language, cognitive and swallowing disorders

Perform discharge evaluations, make appropriate recommendations for home and community safety, and provide referral and education resources

Communicate patient's needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, person receiving services and family members

Minimum of a Master's Degree from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program

Valid Speech Language Pathology license in the state(s) of practice

A minimum of one year's work experience as a Speech Language Pathologist

Demonstrates knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological injury preferred
